From what I’ve read it sounds like the populations of several marine bird species have increased or recovered due to the presence of the fencing.
I just wish this technique could be employed in the Prince William Sound area to help with the recovery efforts of the Pigeon Guillemot. I would prefer a fencing option over the lethal killings of the American Mink. Have you heard about this proposal?
