I saw a bank where the wildflowers blow.

Record snowpacks and a late spring thaw have conspired to make the Rockies especially lush this summer. And that lushness includes a magnificent display of color from a huge variety of wildflowers. During a break from a meeting I attended two weeks ago in Park City, Utah, I and my compatriots got to view the wildflowers up close and personal during a mountain hike. “O wonderful, wonderful, and most wonderful wonderful.”

The photos are brought to you courtesy of the photographic talents of Sally Kleberg.
